Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: 

Thank you for shopping at kouturetreats. We currently ONLY ship within The United States Of America. No international shipping is available. 

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include transit time. Once your order ships out, you will receive confirmation and a tracking link via email or text. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

We are not responsible for melted, damaged, delayed, or mishandled packages. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect address are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply. 

kouturetreats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once sent out or marked as delivered by carrier. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable. 

If you receive the incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours with photo proof. No other exceptions will be made.
